Emphasys Medical Files Registration Statement for IPO
Emphasys Medical is a medical device company focused on developing and commercializing therapeutic devices for the treatment of patients with emphysema and other debilitating breathing disorders. The Company's product, the Emphasys Zephyr® Endobronchial Valve (EBV) is a minimally invasive therapeutic device that results in volume reduction in the diseased portion of the lung without the risk and complications of surgery.
