CoTherix, Inc. Announces Initial Public Offering of 5,000,000 Shares of Common Stock at $6.00 Per Share

CoTherix was founded as a specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to the treatment of severe pulmonary disease. We invested in CoTherix after the company acquired U.S. commercialization rights to inhaled iloprost, a prostacyclin drug used to treat pulmonary hypertension. Our investment in CoTherix enabled acquisition of the product from Schering AG, subsequent NDA filing, and preparation for US launch. Leveraging the events, CoTherix was able to go public [NASDAQ: CTRX].
